Network Engagement Coordinator

As Network Engagement Coordinator, Alli cultivates relationships with refugee-led organizations, partner NGOs, state actors, funding institutions, and other stakeholders to advance refugee self-reliance.

Previously, Alli served as the RSRI’s Research Fellow and managed the research portfolio of global public health professors Dr. Lindsay Stark and Dr. Ilana Seff at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. She has co-authored over 15 peer-reviewed journal articles related to addressing gender-based violence in humanitarian contexts and supporting the mental health and psychosocial well-being of populations affected by forced migration. Alli has also worked with Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) in their International Human Resources and Psychosocial Care units, and they remain an active member of the MSF-USA Association.

Alli holds a BA in Social and Cultural Analysis from New York University and an MSW/MPH in Gender, Migration, and Humanitarian Response from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis.
